Yes! This course is designed to be done anywhere you can find a rowing machine. We do recommend watching the intro videos to the workouts ahead of time so that once you sit down on your machine you're ready to go.
Not to do the main part of the course. As the 6 weeks go on you may have opportunities to try some of our signature interval workouts that feature rowing combined with off-machine exercises, but there will always be an option to do bodyweight-only moves.
Absolutely! We designed this course specifically with the beginning rower in mind.
Nope! We will meet you where you are, just as the rowing machine does.
If, at the end of the program, you feel you haven't gotten the value you were looking for, we will be glad to refund your registration fee. We do ask that you participate fully in the program, however, before deciding to request a refund. Fitness is not achieved without effort and participation; we ask that you apply that to the program as well.
This program does not include 1:1 coaching. If you have specific training questions we can arrange for a private Skype or Zoom session at an additional fee, or we have a handful of spots for separate, private monthly coaching.
It's something we're thinking about for down the road. In the meantime you'll be able to row along with the technique drills, and after that you'll be prepared to turn your attention to your monitor and row on!
