It's been a month that I've been using the On Demand service for Rowing Classes two to three days a week. I'm really enjoying the Long Row sessions. The variety is great! The video instruction keeps me aware of body positioning and how to use arms, legs, etc. efficiently, plus it's tons more fun! The time flies.
